FREAKING AWESOME! They handled the sale of my home and the purchase of my new condo with finesse and expertise. I tend to freak out when I hit a bump in the road but they were always cool as fans and helped me keep it together. When they told me it would be fine, it was FINE. They have a 'wraparound' approach, meaning they provide a multitude of services to get the job done. Their job goes beyond selling and purchasing homes. They took care of me and made sure all my needs were meet. My house sold fast (3 days) and for over asking (I had over 20 offers). AWESOME custumer service, quick and efficient. "I was really surprised by what you get for the money with them. First of all a no-obligation meeting with their agent and if you decide you want to list the house for sale with them, get ready to move because they will sell your house in the most professional manner possible. It's like they turn over every stone to make sure everything is perfect and if it's not they make it perfect. From the professional photos they pay to have taken, to the staging of the house and the open house it's lightening fast and top notch quality. I really don't see how the competition even stays in business. The others spend money on radio, billboards, marketing and telemarketing and Dwellings spends it's money on you and getting your house sold. I highly recommend them. You will be saying the same thing if you choose them to sell your house."
